The Skills & Social Huddle is a FREE informal group held every Monday.
There's no need to book – just drop in and join in. You will get to have a go at crafts, art, IT, painting and much, much more.
There'll also be organisations such as Citizen's Advice Bureau in attendance, should you need to access advice and information.

Do you have low confidence?

Are you experiencing anxiety or depression?
Are you struggling with health or weight loss issues?

Pathway to Wellness is an excellent programme which provides advice and support for people who have had, or are currently experiencing, mental health issues. Available for anyone aged 18-64, the project offers:

  • Regular one to one confidential support sessions
  • Fun and interactive workshops
  • Social and volunteering activities to expand your confidence and social circle
  • Peer support

If you are part of a group or organisation, such as a football club, gym or informal group, and would like our Mental Health Coach to talk to your members, please contact us and ask to speak to Catriona or Damon.

Are you aged 19+ and need to brush up on your maths and english skills?

We can help you achieve a qualification in Functional Skills at Level 1 or Level 2. There are no set term times – you can start learning in a relaxed environment at any time.


Do you need help to explore work and learning choices to move on with your education and work?

If you are not in work and need additional support and guidance, this programme is for you. Our experienced team of advisors and tutors offers individual practical and realistic support, which could include:

  • CV writing
  • Interview skills
  • Gaining qualifications
  • Accessing funding
  • Personal skills and interest assessments
  • Assessing current skill levels
  • Application support
  • Supported job search
  • Mind mapping and career planning

Programmes are tailored to the needs of each individual and are flexible in terms of both duration and provision.
