Staying Fit and Well is all about your mental health and physical wellbeing. It will review what you can do for yourself, including:
• Fitness, including information on Reiki and Yoga
• Eating habits
• Various diets that suit different people
The course will also be able to signpost learners to further support, including local groups and classes.

Cost: FREE
Duration: One day a week for two weeks
